I wish I had met John Wooden. Durning the Interbike Breakfast with guest speaker Bill Walton, John was brought up about 20 times. His coaching ways and his old school mentality is what shaped Mr. Walton to who he his today. Bill still speaks very highly about his old coach, friend, mentor and father figure.
Bills speech today was one I will never forget! Nodding, clapping and at times, that YES moment. Motivating and interesting with knee slapping humor mixed with Basketball stories and references that I could totally relate too.
In the end, Bill sparked my passion into second gear. Doing what I love and sharing what I've learned with my clients. Thank you Bill Walton!
